SO GOOD DELIVERY POLICY

  • Deliveries are available in Kuala Lumpur.
  • All delivery preparation or planning will be arranged after we had received full payment.
  • Shipping charges may vary depending on products dimension & order amount in your shipping cart, plus the travel distance from our central kitchen to your location.
  • If you are engaging delivery service with us, please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name, and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
  • The Customer is to notify So Good immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.
  • If the Customer is not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of the Customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. The Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer or its representative on the delivery invoices.
  • All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days, if possible. Products are shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends) from the date of receipt of your order with payment.
  • Your order will then be processed with a high priority status.
  • So Good Food Caterer reserves the right to not ship to remote or rural locations.
  • So Good Food Caterer reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer’s creditworthiness or insufficient identification.
